RETURN POLICY

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you’re not satisfied, here’s how to return an item:

1. Eligibility

You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition you received it.

2. Process

• Contact us at info@royalspeedauto.co.za with your order number and reason for return.

• We will provide return instructions and a return shipping address.

• You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.

3. Refunds

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days after we receive the return.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items such as personalized products, downloadable goods, and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned.
